Visa Requirements for Overseas Social Workers
If you are overseas but hold a British Passport or have dual nationality with a commonwealth country then you will not require a visa for social work.
If you are under the age of 30 and a commonwealth citizen then you will qualify for working holiday visa which will enable you stay in the UK for two years to work as a Social Worker in the UK.
If you are a Social Worker who hold's an EEA passport then you do not need to apply for a permit to work in the UK.
